This article provides suggestions of what to look for when reviewing and approving changes to custom-created clinical documents.
 

Reviewing Tips

Online Version

  • Make sure the document contains everything per your interpretation of your licensure needs.
  • Are all elements from your original present?
  • Are the questions worded the same as the original?
  • Is it laid out in a simple and easy to use format?
  • Is the title correct?
  • Are there any spelling errors?
  • Are the signatures set up correctly?
  • Are the signature locking the correct data?
  • If dataflow is setup, is the data working correctly?
  • Fill in all narratives and fields before previewing the print version to see full formatting.

Print View

  • Make sure the document contains everything per your interpretation of your licensure needs.
  • Is the title correct?
  • Is your logo/header included?
  • Are all of the elements from the original present?
  • Is it easy to read?
  • Are there any spelling errors?
  • If it was requested that a field be hidden when it not filled in on the online version (often referred to as HINFI), is this happening?
