Navigation Bar at the Bottom of a Clinical Document

The Navigation Bar at the bottom of a clinical document will provide you with quick access to relevant areas of the system.

  1 ! This exclamation point is used if you are ever unable to save a clinical document. See Unable to Save Clinical Document.
  2 2021-12-08_13-56-03.png This icon will allow you to set up a manual workflow for this clinical document. For more information on manual workflows, please send a case to Customer Support.
  3 Print This drop-down menu will give you the option to print a PDF for this clinical document. Choose the name of the document.

  4 Show blanks If there are hidden items within the online document that are controlled by a radio button or checkbox, checking this box will make those hidden items visible on the print view.
  5 Autosave If there are any required fields in the clinical document, once all of them are filled in, the document will autosave at the interval entered here.
  6 Tabs If this box is checked, the view of the clinical document will separate into tabs: Main, containing the information at the top and Form, containing the body of the clinical document.

  7 White Checking this box will change the background of the clinical document to white.

  8 log This link will provide you with a log of who has accessed and modified this document.
  9 diagnoses This link will open the Change Diagnosis window. The information here can be a reference for the user. A diagnosis added here would also update the Clients module > Diagnoses tab.
 10 client This link will open the client's profile in the Clients module.
 11 dashboard This link will open the client's dashboard.
 12 medication This link will open the Medication module. You will only see this link if your agency uses the Medication module.
 13 documents This link will open the Documents module.
