Learn to copy a clinical document such as a Treatment Plan, Progress Note, or Diagnostic Assessment. 

Copy a Clinical Document

1. Click on the Clinical/Charting module. 
2. Find the clinical document you wish to copy. 
3. Click Copy.
   • A Pop up will appear asking you "Are you sure you want to make a copy of this document?"
4. Click Okay.
   • A new window will appear with the carbon copy document.
   • When a copy is made data will NOT flow to the copy, it will remain the same. 
   • Signatures will not transfer to the carbon copy document.
