This article will bring clarification to the colors related to each clinical document type that appear in the system.
Clinical Document Types
The system provides colors to differentiate clinical document types. These colors appear in the Clinical/Charting module > Type/Title column.
The order of the color bars indicates the order of process, intake to discharge - Diagnostic Assessment > Treatment Plan > Progress Notes > Discharge Summary.
In Clinical/Charting > Add, the colors coordinate to the clinical document types listed. You will not see the colors in this window in the system. This image is just for your reference.
