Log Client Medication

Permissions: Therapists must be assigned to the Client or Administrator.

e-Prescribing is available on the system. This allows a Provider to prescribe and log active medications.

If you are not using e-Prescribe, you can note a Client's medication as reference. Only Therapists assigned to the Client and Administrators will be able to see Medication notes along with other Health Care Information notes about the Client. 

1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
2. Click Additional Details tab.
3. Scroll to Health Care Information section.
4. Enter any Prescribed and OTC Medications as Notes.
5. Scroll back up and click Save.
