Limit Clients to Service Types for Group Appointments

Create client group appointments according to the client's assigned service types.

Create Group Appointments According to Client Service Types

1. Click the Group Appointments button in the new appointment window.
2. Create a new group or enter an existing group name.
3. New group - enter new group name and select client names in the name field.
   
   Existing group - enter and select existing group name. The clients already in that group will display in the client name field. You have the ability to add/delete clients.
   
    
4. The service types common to all clients in the group display in the Service Types field.
5. Select the the service types for the group or select  *No Service Type*.
6. Enter the other information for the group appointment: staff member, repeat event information if needed and date/time.
7. Click Save.
