Add a Client Billing Note

PERMISSIONS REQUIRED:  Must have Billing Permissions.

The Client Billing Notes section is a great place to add any extra billing information such as, a balance from a previous EHR, Deductible information, etc. 

Client Billing Notes live on the Client's Bill to & Insurance Info tab. Only staff with Billing permissions can access this box. The box does not have a character limit. 

 

  1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
  2. Click Bill To & Insurance Info tab.
  3. Enter appropriate notes in Client Billing Notes section.
  4. Click Save Billing Info button.
