Track Client Progress

When writing notes, you select the progress that the Client has demonstrated during that session. Follow the steps below to view and track a Client's overall progress.

NOTE: You are only able to view the overall progress of a Client if you use BIRP or PIE notes.

 

  1. Hover over the Managers tab from the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down. 
  2. Select appropriate Client.
  3. Locate the Notes/Information section of the menu on the left, and click Client Progress

  4. Select the Date Range from the drop-down, then click View Progress.

  5. A chart will appear based on the note type used for that Client. Use the Progress Key to better understand the data.
