If you have enabled Text Appointment Reminders, you will be able to reply to a Client text message from the Client's Reminder Logs.

IMPORTANT: Message segments are calculated for both reminders sent to Clients and their responses back.

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down. 
  2. Click on desired Client.
  3. Select Reminder Logs from the General section of the left menu.

  4. All Client responses to Appointment Text Reminders display.
  5. Click Text {Client Name} or the Reply icon.
  6. Enter in message and click Send Text.
