Reactivate a Client

Reactivate a Client that is discharged or inactive.

Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
Check the Show INACTIVE Clients checkbox.
Once the screen refreshes, scroll down to the Client list and scroll to the right. Clients that are deactivated will have a green Reactivate link.
Locate appropriate Client and click Reactivate.
