Not Seeing Correct Caseload Clients

If you are only seeing one client in your caseload, you may have selected a setting when you were adding that client that is now limiting your view. Follow the steps below to fix this issue. 

 

IMPORTANT: Do not select Add client to my caseload when you are adding a new client. If you do, that particular client will be the only client that appears on your caseload.

  1. Click My Profile

  2. Click the Caseload tab. If you see a client listed in the Assigned Clients section, you will need to move that client. 

    NOTE: You can also check the Locations tab to see if you have any clients listed in that section as well.

  3. To move the client, select the Client name, then click the Red Left Facing Arrow to move that client to the Available Clients column.
