Locate Client ID

Using the Client ID can be helpful when communicating with others as a way to protect PHI (Patient Health Information). When you communicate with Support, we will ask for the Client ID.

The Client ID can be found in two places, on the Client List and in the Client Profile.

Jump To Section: 

Via Client List

1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
2. Scroll down and locate desired Client.
3. The Client ID is the first item listed in the Client List.
   
   
   

Via Client Profile

1. If you are already in the Client Profile.
2. Select Client Dashboard from the General section on the left menu.
3. Client ID is listed on the right in the Client Overview.
