You may view your Authorization Units in four different places. From the Service Authorizations, Client Profile, the Note Center, and during Note creation.

Jump To Section:

From Service Authorizations

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Service Authorizations from the drop-down.
  2. Client Authorization Units will display.

NOTE: You can view Authorization Units, but you may not have permissions to add or edit Authorization Units.

From Client Profile

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
  2. Click on appropriate Client Name.
  3. Click Authorizations from Notes/Information section in the side menu.

From the Note Center

  1. Hover over the Note Center tab in the navigation bar and select the appropriate Note Center (e.g. PIE Note Center, BIRP Note Center, etc.).
  2. Set Search parameters and click Show Notes.
  3. Click appropriate Note.
  4. Click Authorizations tab.

During Note Creation

  1. Hover over the Note Center tab in the navigation bar.
  2. Click appropriate Note type and select Create New Note.
  3. Select Current Authorizations drop-down to view valid authorizations and the number of remaining units.

Additionally, if you have set up Alerts in Service Authorization they will appear in the Alert Center. These will notify you when the Authorizations reach the desired amount of days or units remaining.
