Add New Client Event

PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Staff must have Scheduler Manager enabled in their Staff Profile to edit the Calendar. All Staff may view Appointments as allowed by their access level and caseload.

You have the ability to capture new Client Demographics and schedule a New Client Appointment at the same time. You can always add or edit their client details at a later time as well.

  1. Click Calendar located just below the navigation bar.

  2. Click the Date and Time in your calendar you wish to add the event.
  3. Fill in the fields with the event information.
  4. In the Event Type drop-down, select New Client

  5. The Client Information section will then display.
  6. Fill in the New Client demographics.
  7. Click Save Client once you have completed entering the Client's information.
  8. Click Save event to add the event to your calendar.
