Having a Collateral Contact for your clients can be helpful for those times when you are unable to get in contact with a client by using the contact information provided on the Client Details page. Follow the steps below to add a Collateral Contact.

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
  2. Select the client name to go to their Client Profile.
  3. Click Collateral Contacts from the Client Manager menu on the left.

  4. You can view the list of any existing Collateral Contacts in the Collateral Contact List section.
  5. To add a new contact, use the Collateral Contact Entry section. Fill in this section with the contact's name, select their relationship to the client, phone number, and an optional email address.

    NOTE: Be sure that you have permission to contact this person. If you have permission, check the Can Contact box.

  6. Click Add Collateral Contact.
