The Medication form allows clinicians to write prescriptions that the EHR communicates to Dr. First's Rcopia for processing online. A Medication History form is also standard that allows clinicians to view client historical Medication information.
- The Medication form includes two tabs: DRFIRST MEDICATION and ADDITIONAL INFO.
- The Medications History form is a grid view of all Rx and OTC medications prescribed.
