Eligibility

The Eligibility menu option allows users to verify client eligibility using the Batch Eligibility Request (270) and Eligibility Response (271) methods. Selecting Eligibility opens the Eligibility Requests screen. This Eligibility screen is a log for all created client requests. Only the most recent request by Client + Payer are displayed. All requests are stored in the ClientEligibilities table. The Status is Pending until a 271 Response to 270 from a Payer is received and imported.
