When you create a Client in the system they will automatically be marked as Active. You can manually move them to Inactive which would archive them. No Client data is lost, and you can always mark them as Active at a later time.

Mark Client as Inactive
- Select appropriate Client from drop down list and click green Client Setup icon.
- In Client Status dropdown, select Inactive.
- Click Save.
View Inactive Clients
- Select View Inactive Clients in Client dropdown list.
- Click on the Client dropdown list again, and all Inactive Clients display.
- Select View ACTIVE Clients to switch back to you Active Client list.
