Patient Portal Access Information: Provider

In order for a Client to access their Patient Portal, you will need to provide them with their log in credentials. You are also able to generate a temporary password for the Client, and add Authorized Users. Please direct your Clients to their myHealth Patient Portal Introduction Letter- Clients so that they can access and better understand how to use their Patient Portal.

Access Client's Patient Portal Information

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
  2. Open appropriate Client.
  3. Click Client Dashboard in the General section of the left menu.

  4. Scroll down to the Patient Portal Access section.

 

 

Patient Portal Credentials

If the Client is set up with a Patient Portal, their credentials will display. If they are not set up, you will see a prompt to Generate Credentials.

  1. The Client's Username will display in the Patient Portal Access section.
  2. Click the Patient Portal link to be directed to the login page or send Client's the URL.

    NOTE: You can send your Clients information about how to Log in to Client Portal to their Patient Portal.

  3. Create Temp Password is used if the patient forgets their password and is talking to the provider. In this instance, the Provider will type in the password and click Create Temp Password, then tells the patient the temp password.

Add Authorized Users

If the Client would like family members to have access to their Patient Portal records, the Client will need to communicate that to their Provider, and the Provider will enter in that information.

  1. Enter the name of the family member.
  2. Add their relationship to the Client.
  3. Click Add New User.
