Messaging in Client Portal

You are able to send your Provider a secure message through your Client Portal.

Jump to Section: 

Send New Message

1. Navigate to https://myhealth.sharenote.com/
2. Click Messaging in primary navigation bar.
   
   
    
3. Click New Message button.
4. Select appropriate Staff Member.
5. Enter a Subject and Message.
6. Click Send Secure Message.
   
   
    

Your Provider will receive a notification that you have sent a message.

Read and Reply to Message

1. Click Messaging in primary navigation bar.
2. Click on appropriate message to read.
3. At bottom enter reply.
4. Click Send Secure Reply.
