PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Must have "Can Manage Subscriptions Permission" checked on Staff Profile.

Adding a Telehealth User is the same as Managing your Telehealth Subscription.

Add Telehealth User

  1. Click Subscription Manager tab in the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Telehealth link.

  3. In Add Staff as User section, click the Select Staff Member drop-down.
  4. Select appropriate Staff Member.
  5. Click OK to confirm.

 

Remove User

  1. Click Subscription Manager tab in the navigation bar.
  2. Click Telehealth link.

  3. Click the red X for user you want to remove.
  4. Click OK to confirm.
