Access & Sign Documents in Patient Portal- Client

You can access and sign documents from your Patient Portal. When you have a document to review and sign from your Provider, you will receive an email (see image below) alerting you that there is a new document that requires attention. You can access your Patient Portal from the link within the email or however you usually access your Portal, then follow the steps below to access and sign your documents.

  1. From your Patient Portal, over over the Health tab in the navigation bar, and select Documents from the drop-down.

  1. All Documents will appear. The Status will tell you the actions needed or taken.

  1. Click the File icon to open the document to review and sign.

  1. Use the prompts at the bottom of the document window to sign your document. Use the Sign As drop-down to select who is signing.

    Note: It will default to Client.

  1. Enter your PIN
  1. Set the Date and Time that you are signing.
  1. Click Sign Document
  1. To download your document, click the Cloud icon.
