View your Details in Client Portal - Client

You are able to review your Client Details in your Theraportal (Client Portal). For corrections, contact your Provider or speak with them during your next Office visit.

1. Navigate to https://theraportal.com/ and log in.
2. Click My Details in the side menu.
3. Click View Details and your basic Client Details will display.
