View Shared Documents in Client Portal - Client

Your Provider may share Intake forms that you can access via your Shared Documents in your Client Portal. You can access these for reference, or to complete and re-upload for your Provider.

1. Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
2. Click Documents in the side menu.
3. Click the View Shared Documents button.
4. Click the Download icon for appropriate Document.
5. Open downloaded Document.
