Upload Document in Client Portal: Client

You can upload any documents you want your Provider to have access to. All forms uploaded for your Provider are uploaded and stored securely. Additionally, when you complete intake forms, etc., you can upload them to your Client Portal for your Provider.

1. Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
2. Click Documents in side menu.
3. Click Upload a Document.
4. Click Select File from your Computer and locate desired file.
5. File now displays in Completed Documents and your Provider will be able to view it.
