Send a Secure Message: Client

You have the ability to send your Provider Secure Messages through the Client Portal.

Send Secure Message

1. Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
2. Click Messages in the side menu.
3. Click the Compose button.
4. Start typing in Recipient's name in the To field.

   NOTE: Only Providers assigned to your case will display.

5. Enter the Subject.
6. Enter Message.
7. Click Send when finished.
   
   

View Sent Messages

1. Click Messages in the side menu.
2. Click the Sent button.
3. Click on desired Message to view.
