Make a Payment in Client Portal - Client

It is important to know that the Balance Details reflects your balance since your last statement.

Make Payment - Don't Save Credit Card Information

If you select this option your Credit Card information will not be stored. You will have to re-enter you information each time you make a payment.

1. Navigate to https://theraportal.com/ and log in.
2. Click Make a Payment from side menu.
3. Click Make a Payment button.
4. Enter Payment Amount.
5. Click drop-down and select One-Time Charge.
6. Click Pay button.
7. Enter Credit, Debit, or Bank Account information.
8. Click Pay Now.
   
   

Make Payment - Save Credit Card or Bank Information

This option allows you to save your Credit Card information for future payments. You will still need to enter you CVV for each Payment.

1. Navigate to https://theraportal.com/ and log in.
2. Click Make a Payment from side menu.
3. Enter Payment Amount.
4. Click drop-down and select Add New Credit Card.
5. Click Add a New Payment Method link on new screen.
6. Enter Credit Card information and click Save.
7. There is no need to add a Shipping Address.
8. After you have entered the new Credit Card, navigate back to https://theraportal.com/
   
   
    
9. Click Make a Payment from side menu.
10. Click Make a Payment button.
11. Enter Payment Amount.
12. Click drop-down and select appropriate Saved Credit Card.
13. Click Pay button.
