Log in to Client Portal - Client

The first time you log into your Client Portal, you will do so with a temporary Password. As soon as you log in, the system will prompt you to create a new Password. Every time you log in after this you will use your Username and your newly created Password.

First Time Login

1. You will receive your username from your Provider (on a printed sheet) and a temporary Password via email.
2. Click Securely Log In from the email.
    
3. Enter your User Name and your temporary Password.
4. Click Securely Log In.
   
   
    
5. You will immediately set your new Password.
6. Enter Current (temporary) Password.
7. Enter and Confirm New desired Password.

   NOTE: When you enter your new Password, you will see an error. Once you Confirm the new password to match, this warning will disappear.

8. Click Update Password.
   
   

Log In

After you have created your new Password, you will be able to log in using your Username and that Password.

1. Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
2. Enter your User Name and Password.
3. Click Securely Log In.
