Email or Print Client Portal Credentials to Client

When you first enable the Client Portal for a Client you can print or email their Client Portal Credentials (Username and Temporary Password) as well as log in instructions to the Client.

1. Click My Clients in navigation bar and open appropriate Client or search for Client in Client Search field.
2. Click Active Portal.
   
   
    
3. Click icon to email or  icon to print.
   
    
4. The Client will receive an email to the email address listed in their Client File with instructions on how to log in to their Client Portal. Have the Client check their Spam folder if they did not receive the email.
