Complete Documents from Client Portal - Client

Your Provider may upload a Document to your Client Portal for you to complete. There are two ways to complete documents from your Client Portal.

• You can print these documents, complete them, and bring them back to your Provider.
• Or you can print the document, complete it, scan it and re-upload it for your Provider.

Speak to your Provider to see how they would like you to complete your documents.

Print/Complete Document

1. Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
2. Click Documents from the side menu.
3. Click View Shared Documents.
4. Click the Download icon for the appropriate document.
5. Open and print or download.
   
   

Upload Completed Document

Once you have completed the document, you can scan it and upload it to your Client Portal for your Provider.

1. Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
2. Click Documents in the side menu.
3. Click Upload a Document.
4. Click Select File from your Computer and locate desired file.
5. File will now displays in Completed Documents and your Provider will be able to view it.
