Archive/Delete Secure Message - Client

You have the ability to archive a Secure Message in the Client Portal. This removes it from the Inbox and stores it on the Archived section. There is no way to permanently delete a Secure Message.

Archive Secure Message

1. Navigate to https://theraportal.com/ 
2. Click Messages in side menu.  
3. Click Archive icon for appropriate message.
   
   
    
4. Message will move to the Archive section.

Unarchive Secure Message

1. Click Messages in side menu. 
2. Click Archive button.
3. Click Unarchive icon for appropriate message.
