In the event that you have duplicate Client Files, you will need to contact Support to merge the duplicate files.
Submit a support request to the KASA Support Team.
IMPORTANT: To protect the Client's PHI, please reference the Client ID in your support Request instead of the Client's name, date of birth, etc.
- Ensure that the needed information is correct on the file you wish to keep.
