Assign or Remove a Provider

You can assign a Provider when you first create a Client or you can add a Provider after creation from the Client Details.

1. Click My Clients in the navigation bar and select the appropriate Client.
2. Click the Change Assignment icon.
3. Select desire Provider to assign to Client.
4. Select Reason for assignment.
5. Click Add Assignment.
6. Currently Assigned Providers display at the top.
7. Click the Remove button to un-assign a Provider.
