Add, Edit, & Lock Crisis Plans

Follow the steps below to add, edit, and lock a Crisis Plan.

Add & Lock a Crisis Plan

1. Click My Clients from the navigation bar and open the appropriate Client, or search for a Client in the Client Search field. 
   
   
2. Click the Clinical Information tab. 
   
   
    
3. Scroll down to the Crisis Plans section and click the plus icon to add a Crisis Plan. 
   
   
    
4. After you have filled in the needed information, click Save or Sign and Lock. 

Edit a Crisis Plan

1. From the Clinical Information tab, click the Paper and Pencil icon to view or edit the crisis plan.
   
   
    
2. Make any needed changes, then click Save or Sign and Lock.
