If a Client has authorized a release of information to a designated person or organization, you can add a release to the Client Profile for reference. Once you add an Authorization for Release it is recommended that you also scan and upload a copy of the the release form to the Clients Documents.

 

  1. Click My Clients in navigation bar and open appropriate Client.
  2. Scroll down to Releases on File section.
  3. Click the 2021-01-20_14-53-53.png Add icon.
  4. Add Recipient name and contact information.
  5. Select a Start and End Date to indicate when this authorization is valid.
  6. Select appropriate checkboxes to indicate what information allowed to be released. Deselect any checkboxes to exclude that information from the release.
  7. Click Save.
