Add Client Private Pay

Add Client as Private Pay. You can select to Charge your Default Rates, a Single Rate per Session, or a Rate Based on the Service Code. 

1. Click My Clients in the navigation bar and select the appropriate Client.
2. Click the Billing Details tab.
3. Scroll to the Billing Methods section.
4. Click the  Add icon.
5. Select Private Pay.
6. Select how you would like to charge:
   • My Default Rates - Same as Billing Rates entered on Billing > Set Billing Rates.
   • A Single Rate per Session - A flat fee you enter here. This is what will be charged regardless of the Bill.
   • A Rate Based Upon the Service Code - A sliding scale option. Select specific ICD Code & Modifier combinations and enter in specific rates. Every time you bill that modifier combination for the Client's Private Pay option, it will bill this rate.
7. Click Save.
8. Private Pay is listed under Billing Methods. Drag and drop to the top spot if you want this to be the Client's Primary Billing Method.
