PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You must have Billing Permissions.

 

You can remove a Payment from an Invoice and apply it to a different invoice or to delete the payment all together.

 

  1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
  2. Click Ledger in the side menu and click the Open Invoices or Fully Paid Invoices tab to locate Invoice.
     









     
  3. Click on the appropriate Invoice.
  4. Scroll down to the Invoice Payments and Refunds section.
  5. Click the Do Not Apply to This Invoice button.
  6. Click Save.
