Permissions Required:  You must be an Account Administrator with Billing Permissions to set up dispute notifications with Stripe.

A dispute (also known as a chargeback) occurs when a cardholder questions your payment with their card issuer. Stripe will notify you via email if a cardholder has issued a dispute. You can also set up push notifications for disputes. When push notifications for disputes are enabled, Stripe will send a push notification in addition to an email if a cardholder has issued a dispute. You can then Respond to Disputes through your Stripe dashboard.

NOTE: For payment-related questions, please contact the payments team at 844-311-2570 or payments@therapybrands.com
