Some appointments on the Calendar show as Billed others do not.
Reason
When using the system correctly, users will create Invoices for Appointments created in the system.
The green billed tag you see on your Appointments let you know that you have successfully created an Invoice for that Appointment. This does not mean you've Submitted it to Insurance or emailed it to the Client. It simply means that you have created an Invoice and linked it to the Appointment.
