You can Print or Email a Client Invoice after the Invoice has been created.
- Create an Invoice
- Ensure your company logo has been added to the system. It will print on the Invoice. Learn More: Upload or remove logo
Jump to Section:
View, Print, or Email
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Ledger in the side menu and click the appropriate tab to locate the Invoice.
- Click Select an Action for the appropriate Invoice.
- Select Print or Email to Client.
- If you Print: Invoice will open on a new screen to download or print as a PDF.
- OR if you Email to Client: Confirm that you want the Invoice sent. The email will be sent through the system to the Client.

- Email Subject: Invoice from {Your Organization Name}
- From: Therapist Name
- Invoice will be attached.
