View Copied Message in the Contact Log

Permissions: You must have Therapist Permissions. 


You have the ability to view messages you have copied from secure messaging in the client's contact log. You will only see the client's name and any associated contact name(s) on copied messages. 


View Copied Secure Message

NOTE: Copied secure messages will appear on the contact log list chronologically, based on the date and time of the message. 

  1. Open the client's case and click the Contact Log tab. Copied secure messages will appear in the list of contact log notes.
  2. Click Details for the secure message.

  3. The Details of the note:

    NOTE: The details of the note cannot be edited.

    • Date/Time - date and time the message was sent or received 
    • Means of Contact - Secure Messaging 
    • From - name of the person sent the message
    • To - name of the person(s) the message was sent to
    • Subject - subject of the secure message 
    • Message - body of the secure message

Apply Signature to Contact Notes Copied from Secure Messages

  1. Click the Contact Log tab and find the contact note you wish to sign.
  2. Click Details for the secure message.
  3. Click the E-Sign button. Learn more about how to E-Sign notes.

  4. A printable version of the message opens. 
  5. Click Sign the Document in the Staff Signature window.

Delete Contact Messages

  1. Click the Contact Log tab and find the contact note you wish to delete.
  2. Click Delete. A confirmation pop-up window opens to confirm you want to delete the note.

  3. Click Yes I'm Sure. The note is deleted from the contact log.

    NOTE: You cannot delete a note if it has already been signed. The delete button will be disabled.
