PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Therapist can set their own Note Type Default.
You will have an option to select your Note type when creating a Client Note. By default, Standard Note will the first choice, and you can click the dropdown arrow to select the Default Note Type you desire.
As a therapist, you are able to set which Note Type you want to default for you when creating Notes.
Choose Default Note Type
To choose the default Note type, complete the following:
- Access your Staff Profile.
- Click the Default Note Type drop down and select desired Note Type.
- Click Save.
When you create a Progress Note now, the first choice will be what you just set as your default note type, with the other note type available by clicking the drop-down arrow.
