PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You must have Administrator Permissions or higher.
After a case is closed, Administrators have the option to reopen it. Learn More: Close a Case
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Cases button.
- In Your Closed Cases section, click Reopen next appropriate Closed Case.
