Delete a Dynamic Form
NOTE: You cannot delete any Dynamic Form that has been used to collect information. The Delete button will be disabled and you'll be instructed to archive the form instead. See Archive or Unarchive Dynamic Form for more information. You MUST also always have at least one Dynamic Progress Note Form. See Create a Dynamic Form: Progress Note for more information. If you try to delete the last Dynamic Progress Note Form in the list you will find the Delete option disabled.
- Click the Dynamic Forms tab in the primary navigation bar.
- Click Actions and select Delete for the desired Dynamic Form.
- Click I understand....
- Yes, DELETE EVERYTHING button to confirm.
