Reorganize Tabs on Cases Page

Permissions: You must have Administrator Permissions or higher.

My Clients Plus Administrators have the ability to reorganize the order of the tabs on the Client Case page for their Organization.

  1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
  2. Click Notes in left side menu.
  3. Click Case Info for any Client Case.
  4. Click the pencil icon tab.
  5. Click the three lines next to tab title and drag and drop the tabs in desired order. 

    NOTE: Navigation items listed with a clipboard icon are Custom Forms created in My Clients Plus.

  6. Click Save. Order of the tabs will apply to ALL Client Cases in your Organization.
