Permissions: You must have Therapist Permissions or higher.
After a Dynamic Form is created, you can duplicate it and then edit it as desired.
NOTE: This process is also used when forms within the system have printing properties that are no longer supported. If this situation occurs, you will a banner on the Edit Dynamic Form page directing you here.
- Click Dynamic Forms tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Actions and select Duplicate button for desired Dynamic Form.
- Duplicated form displays just below the original with a "1" behind it to indicate it is a copy.
- Click Edit button for duplicated Dynamic Form and edit as desired.
