You can view a Client's Appointment History, which allows you to see Appointments Kept, No-Shows, cancellations, etc.

  1. Click My Clients in navigation bar and open appropriate Client.
  2. Click Appointments tab.
  3. Past Appointments display in the Past Appointment section.
  4. The Client Status will indicate if the Appointment was kept or not.
