Update Client Appointment Status

In the system you can track an Appointment Status for all attendees. When an Appointment is created, it will default to a Pending Status. You can then select to mark it as Cancelled, No-Show, Rescheduled, Attended, and Late Cancel. Appointment Status will show in the Client Appointment History.

  1. Locate appropriate Appointment in Calendar.
  2. Click on Appointment.
  3. Click the drop-down for each Attendee.
  4. Select appropriate Status.
  5. Click Save
