Upload client insurance card information.
NOTE: users have the ability to upload all documents (treatment plans, diagnostic evals, etc.) to the system by following these steps.
- Click the Clients tab.
- Click Load all Clients.
- Click the edit icon for the desired client.
- Click the Related Files tab.
- Click Add Document.
- Enter file name description (Ins Card Front 2021 & Ins Card Back 2021).
- Click Choose File (picture of Ins Card).
- Click Upload.
- Saved files are displayed here.
