The 277 Tab on the Response Reader window displays all file responses from the Clearinghouse. This tab shows:

• File response from the clearinghouse.
• Displays detailed descriptions of the individual claims in the 999 files received from the clearinghouse.
• Displays the breakdown of the claims in each batch.

Access 277 Tab

Go to Billing > Response Reader > 277 tab.

View the Individual Claims:

1. Right-click on the desired batch located in the table on the left-hand side of the window.
2. Select Add.
3. The individual claims that correspond to the selected batch are now displayed in the table on the right-hand side.
4. States whether an individual claim was accepted or not (2 possible responses):
   • Highlighted in GREEN: Accepted
   • Highlighted in RED: Rejected
